Slow employes messed up my car by not knowing what they are doing PLEASE STAY AWAY Took all day long just for 2 tires
They put the wrong size tire on my vehicle now im forced to do an alignment. Overall the service was good. Besides getting the wrong size tire.
My employee spent the whole day at this tire place with only one thing in mind- getting her tire replaced. First they took her money, cash, and wouldn't give her a receipt. As it turned out, the tire they placed on her vehicle was the wrong size. She did not feel comfortable leaving the property so she asked to speak with the manager. The manger on call basically told her she was lucky she got a tire at all. She asked for them to take back the tire and give her a refund. She did not feel safe driving with uneven tires.
