Took my money toward the end of December 2020 only to find out one of the most important features (customers ability to modify their own subscription) was not an option. After several "setup" calls over 2 months I finally just asked for my money back. I've paid almost $9,000 and still nothing to show for it 4 months later.
i just canceled my subscription. id cut off my nuts before recommending this crap to anyone. overpriced, sales team are like used car sales people and tech support is sub par.
In my recent dealings with them I felt I could not trust anything they said. I filed a fraud complaint with California Attorney General.
Can't seem to get help in signing up. As a formerly pleased user, disappointed this time around.

Virtually non-existent customer service. Very difficult to deal with. Technical issues cannot be handled via chat as they are too technical and most of your agents are of no help.
