This review is long overdue as today is the first anniversary of our closing date. Stan was knowledgeable, professional, and available to guide us through our first home-buying experience. Even one year later, we can reach out with questions or concerns, knowing that we are able to trust the Rectors' expertise. I really only have one word for this dynamic duo of a team and that word would be Awesome. I cannot only say they are the best real estate agents and the most professional people I know. In my opinion, this is the premiere professional real estate team to have handle a buy or sell transaction. They work on every detail to the best possible degree, and I can say buying or selling a house is not relaxing unless you have agents like Stan and Renee.
