I have had issues with this firm from the beginning. I have stuck with them hoping it would change. The have lost paperwork then essentially called me a liar saying I didn't do it and I have emails proving the exact date I handed over documents. The incompetence is astounding. In addition I was handed papers last Sunday night that had to be mailed by Tuesday and they were not even correct. I called on Monday to try to fix the issues and I was completely ignored.
