The first tenant they rented to on our block was a full on drug dealer. Literally 24/7 service. They were evicted because...duh. Now we have great folks who play music loud enough to rattle our windows until 2-3 AM, shoot fireworks onto our lawn, threaten is and the neighbors, and have shouting matches/domestic disturbances all the time. Terrible tenants- worse landlord.
Great, responsive, and responsible landlord. One of the best in town that I have dealt with.
I stayed in 808 N Lincoln Ave, Apt 10 for two years. I stayed there for two years because during the second year I didn’t have time to look for another apartment. During the two years I stayed, we notice that the walls will sometimes start sweating, there will be sudden grease in some corners of the appartement. There was also a weird smell and we had to every time spray the appartement. After we left, they wouldn’t send me my deposit.
