This company shows no care for tenants. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, if you do it’s highly unlikely they can or are willing to help. When you need them, good luck. Called on an emergency gas leak, took over 12 hours to respond and when they did send someone, they didn’t even have a key. This is just the most recent incident. RPM Group is a very professional group of people. I've worked with the owners and they know how to take care of their clients.
Worst company ever to rent from. They never want to fix anything or do anything for that matter. I’ve been in this house over 5 years and Terry the property manager caught an attitude because I called for them to fix the toilet tissue holder. The screw wasn’t holding in wall like it should. That’s too petty for me! She wanted to charge me like I tore the walls up and they needed to be replaced! No lie. It’s a drafty window that gives me pneumonia every winter but they refuse to do anything but caulk it. Idk what reject caulk... read more
