UPDATE* 8/1/24 See their response below from the company They even admitted to falsifying documents and should have had me sign the paper, to this day no paper was signed. when I did not agree in the email, all I said was perfect and thank you to a completely different request FOR OUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE, we initially thought it was hail damage and submitted to our insurance. First repair of ceiling damage from roof leaking was great. When it came to replacing roof they gave us an estimate and did everything online. They gave us a 9200. estimate. After tearing off the roof they said they forgot something and added $2100. They didn't even apologize. We will never use them again.
Beware of this company. Make sure you get everything in writing. We originally had a contract which they broke their own contract by making repairs without acknowledging us until after it was done. I knew as a consumer that it had to be replaced. We were in the process of buying and selling and it almost made us lose both houses. Stated in number 4. on their legal contract it states that included work and change orders are to be signed by the client.
