Worst experience throughout my hiring process. I only went to my job twice since I started two weeks ago, and I never been trained. I was told to leave early both times due to lines being down. Then, even worse, my days were removed for a whole week. Now, I won’t have a paycheck for one week. However, it’s not worth my time. I quit.. Recruiting solutions helped me to secure a job that has changed my life. I don’t know how they did it, but they found a job perfect for me. I absolutely love where I work. Attended a job fair where the recruiter collected my SSN, ID and direct deposit information under the impression that onboarding was moving forward. I was given an interview date, only to be denied the following day while open interviews were still being held for the same role. If candidates are not being seriously considered, sensitive information should not be collected so early in the process. The lack of transparency and premature onboarding was disappointing and misleading. Job seekers beware.
