I am leaving this one-star review because of the unprofessional and insensitive way Ms. Nadia handled my situation. I missed orientation because my father passed away, which was already a very painful and difficult time for me and my family. When I first explained the situation, Ms. Nadia told me I could be rescheduled for another orientation date.
