Recruit is a no frills black iron powerlifting gym and is fully equipped with power racks, benches, plaforms, and all sorts of speciality bars and equipment Members are cool and respectful, and everyone keeps the place organized and clean. Not everyone's cup of tea for sure, but if you actually want to get strong and yoked, no excuse to not at least check this place out
Best gym for powerlifters, olympic lifters, you name it. The environment of this gym is genuinely so motivating and uplifting. The owners, Michael and Jennifer are the most caring and nicest people I’ve ever met! This is a great place to find guidance going into fitness. Michael is also a fitness coach & will help you reach your desired fitness goal! Overall, highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym in Melbourne.
