Hi my Name is Ida May and I got a pool this spring from recreational installations. I love my pool, we had other pool company's and always had issues. I haven't had one issue with them. water was nice and clear all reasons, the guys were so good at putting it up. I would absolutely recommended recreational installations pools.

I am shocked to see all the bad reviews!!! We just had our pool put in not too long ago and we are ecstatic with the results! The business is a friendly business and will work with you. I will recommend this place to everyone needing a pool!! Don't know who the bad reviews were talking about because that's not the person I dealt with!
RUN do not walk away from this business! They do not stand behind their work. We have been trying to get them to fix a problem since October of 2014! All we get from them is a big run around. Will not fix the problem or return phone calls. This business will take advantage of you!
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SEE ON HIS WEBSITE! We hired "Lying" John Brown at Recreational Installations to install a new liner in our inground pool in February 2014. Installed new liner in May 2014 and then we realized the water level kept going down as well as the liner was coming down in three or four places. Called John Brown over 50 times in attempt to get leak detected and liner secured with no return calls. I will definitely not recommend this company at all. The owner John is very dishonest and does not return phone calls. I am still waiting on him to finish his job that he told me that would take 1 week back in July. After numerous amounts of lies from him, I will take him to court. I will NOT recommend this company. STILL waiting on product purchased the first of November 2013. Unprofessional, does NOT return phone calls, takes your money and does NOT produce the product ... STILL WAITING for product purchased from JOHN of RECREATIONAL INSTALLATION & SERVICES CO. I will NOT recommend this company at all!!!!
