I’m posting this review on behalf of my parents. The service was absolutely fantastic. Diagnosed and fixed problem very quickly. Technician Ron was excellent. Highly recommend them.
We had a trailer propane stove fire while camping near Thunder Bay and Chris in the service department was great to get us in quickly. Their repair technician did a great job closing off the propane line so we could still use our other propane appliances. The stove was shot and will have to be replaced when we return home.
Nice enough people but they knew they took our money, lots of it. $65,000 for a 22ft trailer(a model already a year older at the time of purchase) If only we educated ourselves a bit better prior to purchasing it (which we regret) we would have never ever paid that much. We basically paid for 2 trailers for that price. At the end of the day we blame ourselves for taking the bait but they knew what they were doing and I feel they took advantage of two new trailer owners. Went out of their way to help us with our fridge problem . Even though they don't normally work on motorhomes they spent over 2 hours trying solve this electrical nightmare. Highly recommend them.
