Don't pay them up front. They will tell you anything you want to hear until they have your money. Once they have your money, the customer service disappears! These are the facts! I purchased a 15 x 30 pool last Sept 4 and paid in full including installation. I was told that it would be installed with in the next couple of weeks- then there were a lot of excuses about the excavator going to Florida or the weather or whatever they could think of.
