From the moment we walked in the door, they treated us with nothing but kindness and hospitality. Lea was great, my family and I went in wanting to look at one of their new sxs, unsure if we wanted to buy one or not. Her kindness and willingness to happily answer all of our questions reassured me that I was making the right choice and doing business with them. We purchased a New Camper from Recreation! We have owned campers for over 20 years and it was time to trade in and decided to give RUSA a try. They come with a 1 year man. warranty and we purchased the extended warranty as well. As things have it, there were several issues with the unit off the line but nothing major.
