Recreation Outfitters has a lot of room to improve customer service. The company elected to delete this off of your social media when I shared this feedback. When I noted a possible shipping issue with my order, the person on the phone at customer service refused to believe that there could be an issue. I had updated the shipping address immediately after purchasing, and when told *** still was using the old address, the person on the phone did not believe me and basically hung up on me.
