I’ve been a lifetime member since the first day this gym opened and highly recommend it as a great place to workout! There is a great choice of group fitness class and i especially enjoy the Zumba classes with Yaelika Nicky’s Konga and Sava’s body pump! The facilities here are the best I’ve seen in the 30 years I’ve been using gyms !!! Yes I’m that old 😂😂😂😂

Excellent value for money and time! Great selection of group exercise classes timed to suit a wide range of occupations/lifestyles. I was especially pleased to see classes on public holidays, when most other gyms are closed. I turned my 3-visit passes repeatedly renewed into an ongoing, unlimited membership after about a month, because I do attend this gym, unlike so many others before. I also found myself trying and sticking to classes I never tried before! I simply love the place.

This club is bull sh!. Actually I only went there 1 times 2 years ago and I already paid 2 weeks membership fee before . But since I didn’t go there again, they started harassing me every day. They use different number send me messages and call me uncourteous. Not a intentional comment I am responsible for what I say here.

We joined the gym recently and had an introductory session with Bruce who showed us how to use the various equipment. He was amazing - so patient, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our particular needs. I have also found the Owner to be extremely pleasant and accommodating when we had some issues in booking our introductory session. So far, so good! Thanks, Dr Nigel Lutersz
