I've been training at Recreate Fitness for more than a dozen years. Nathan runs an amazing fitness and jiu-jitsu program. Top notch instruction, awesome training partners and always a good time. His focus on longevity has allowed me to grow my game in jiu-jitsu and also stay in the best shape of my life throughout the years. Run, don't walk to this place!

The fitness and jiu jitsu classes both follow the same philosophy of have fun, be safe, and improve. Wherever you are in your fitness or martial arts journey, Nathan does a fantastic job of coming up with programs and ideas that work to challenge you. Expect a lot of functional compound exercises, done in a circuit that improve strength, cardio, mobility, balance, and coordination.
