Zach was very thorough, friendly and hard working. He did not give up to find a solution to moisture leak marks on our ceiling/wall. Mark and Kyle were very accommodating to our needs and got us scheduled asap. Will recommend them to everyone. They also replaced one of our skylights about a year ago and did an excellent job! We trust them to get it done right!
Pretty terrible. Should have went with a storm chaser rather than a local company. Hurry, hurry sign with us, then nothing for over a year. Then the dreaded letter from the insurance company. Thanks for messing with my insurance coverage and never following up with me. Epic fail and terrible customer service. Do not use. All you'll see is your money riding around town on the owners boat. Recrafted was a pleasure to work with. My insurance company tried to weasel out of responsibility every chance they could get but they didn’t stand a chance against Mark. Through industry experience and knowledge of polices and code, Mark got full approval and completed the install. Roof done in one day, gutters done the following day. Crew was very well organized and paid close attention to cleanup. Would recommend these guys to anyone that wants the job done by true professionals.
