Pretty terrible. Should have went with a storm chaser rather than a local company. Hurry, hurry sign with us, then nothing for over a year. Then the dreaded letter from the insurance company. Thanks for messing with my insurance coverage and never following up with me. Epic fail and terrible customer service. Do not use. All you'll see is your money riding around town on the owners boat.
