Jervai the director held onto an adoption paper that was brought to me. It said I had 15 days to contest. She gave it to me on the 17th day. Due to this my son was adopted and there is no accountability on their part. I can’t even get someone to call me back. She also told me I couldn’t file paternity until he was born and she knew the system, which was completely a lie. When I brought it to their attention I was kicked out of PHP.
Their phone number doesn't even work. I called it, it says hit one to talk to admissions that are available 24/7. I did hit one. And it keeps going to a certain lady that keeps putting me on hold. I keep trying to tell the lady that she isn't supposed to put me on hold she is supposed to be available 24/7. She keeps telling me she is a call center. And it keeps trying to place me on hold. So I hang up and call back. I'm frustrated, lady on the phone frustrated. Nothing accomplished. Now I'm just confused.
