I voluntarily admitted myself to this facility because I was serious about getting help and improving my life. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for approximately 8 hours before being checked in. During that time, there was little communication or urgency from staff. Went in really excited and eager to better myself. Found out almost immediately that that apparently isn’t what this place does. A friend and I waited about 8 hours in the lobby just waiting to be checked in. When we finally got back there I was immediately greeted by multiple men making disgusting sexual comments while staff laughed. The room was absolutely disgusting and littered with dead bed bugs and droppings. My room was right next to multiple men and one of them was even having very loud intercourse. I was told online to come right in. Then wait I. The parking lot for 4 hours. I was packed and ready to go. Did everything they wanted. Cold shoulder. Don’t waste your time here.
