Dr. Zaidi is kind, competent, and to the point while being informative. I had to leave however, his staff isn't fond of replying to messages. The billing department likes firing off claims without regard for patients input about incorrect totals or questions. I also had no choice but to stop my visits with Walter Nolan, LPC, who is fantastic. I choose not to patronize a firm like this. I won't be the last to walk away.

Would love to give this place a five star for Dr. Zadie and Dr. Farooqui. Unfortunately their office staff are not the most sympathetic or friendly. I imagine they do not have to be. They have to be firm and get their job done. I am sure the doctors are happy with that. I think in my world I will always hope for more courteous, friendly, empathetic people. I guess that’s unrealistic and that’s one of the reasons why I see a psychiatrist LOL
