About as efficient as Canadian Healthcare in general. You sit down at a table and listen to other people go on about their problems. Maybe I was beyond the help of just talking, but I preferred professional psychiatric help over this, even if it was only marginally more helpful.
Drop in safe space it's a non judgemental place groups r there activities r there small cafe a feeling kf ca quiet peace helping each other can browse thru computer other agencies near by if u e experience problems in life u can attend diffrent groups according to a friendly atmosphere and love it there started recovering have support workers needs cop up .
