It’s been a few years since I voluntarily traveled from a different state to this facility. Consistently accused of tampering with UA samples until I was finally discharged, nurses here obviously don’t know what they are doing. Horrible experience. Can’t wait to start/complete probation, because real professionals wouldn’t be consistently making these simple amateur like mistakes in terms of testing UA samples. Majority of the staff here is genuinely a joke. In IOP at least.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Recovery Ways refused to accept my husband, a combat veteran in urgent need of mental health treatment, because they claimed his probation officer called and allegedly told them not to speak with me—his wife and healthcare advocate. He does NOT have a probation officer. Instead of verifying this or discussing any concerns with us, they cited this as a reason to deny him care.
