RU was a completely different experience then any where else I have done a residential facility. This place was maintained, professional, kind, and awesome. If I ever struggle again with my mental health I will be returning. There is no where else I’d rather go.
My experience was excellent. The staff really care, I felt safe, listened to, and I loved the music therapy!
The reviews below were paid for. My loved one was admitted to Recovery Unplugged onJ July 21st for approximately six very disappointing hours. When his belongings were returned to him, two items were missing from his bag: a set of Prismacolor colored pencils valued at $140 and an MP3 player valued at $90 — a combined loss of $230. I had an amazing experience with Recovery Unplugged. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the facilities are clean, very well kept, very comfortable. The daily group sessions, sound bowls, therapy, nurses, etc are all wonderful. I highly recommend. Thank you to all of the staff at Recovery Unplugged - I will never forget you!
