5 calls. Still can't get a return call for an appointment. Ridiculous. Update. Called Almost 2 weeks ago to get a therapist or help only to find out I'm not in network with my insurance so they were reaching out to the insurance. I'm still waiting. No phone call no update I didn't reach out for help because I don't need it. The system is failing me and completely makes you feel unimportant. Sad
$25 is a waste of money for Michelle’s class
I have been trying to get into this place for over a year to get a certain treatment. Multiple referrals sent by my doc, numerous calls unanswered. I FINALLY talked to someone at the end of February and was told that she never received a referral because if she had she would have contacted me. Okay no problem I guess even though we had been trying since march last year. call my doc ask to send another referral… called back several times to follow up, my calls went unanswered. Michelle’s class is a waste of time and money. I paid $25 for the first couple of sessions just to listen to the group. She has a cocky attitude as well. Money sucking at its finest
