Very solid deep pressure the entire time and a mixture of massage techniques and stretching that I know my body needed. He was kind, professional and even went over time 10 minutes to work on some muscles that needed extra time.
Kody is an exceptional therapist. The best therapeutic massage I've had in decades! Amending my review to add that I have zero tension in my shoulders and neck post-massage. It's amazing. He definitely has a new client.
