Recovery Roofing & Restoration would not give a written estimate for the storm damage repairs. They said they would wait on the insurance company's adjuster to say what they would pay and then take it along with the deductible. This company was very rude when I asked again for a written estimate so I asked that they hold the $2000.00 check when I was challenged by one of the owners to get another estimate from another company, which I did. The product and work promised in the contract is not what is installed. Project takes way longer then promised. Work one day gone for a week come back work one more day gone for another week. Project manager-owner always has excuses as to why work is not complete
******** ***** came out and inspected my roofing repair needs, and provided a quote in a reasonable amount of time. The repair service was done in less turnaround time than expected also. **** did the repairs, and both he and Mr. ***** were very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. ***** came out after the work was done to reinspect it, and went above and beyond assisting me with another matter that came up while he was here. Should I have roofing issues in the future, I will definitely check in with Recovery Roofing!
My job was a result of storm damage. All I can say is Recovery Roofing and Restoration did exactly what they said they would do, for the contract price, when weather delays happened they called me. They insist on only using the best materials and procedures available. The crews were the most courteous and diligent you could ask for.
