The doctor and the nurses aid were great. Always friendly and helpful. But the receptionist runs the show. let there be no doubt. If you need to speak to the anyone, it goes through her and if she doesn't like you, you are done. I once wrote on the monthly form about things that were bugging me. I listed her as one of those things. I know, that was a stupid thing for me to do but I was tired of her acting like she was my therapist and I probably needed a medicine adjustment, but I wrote it.
