Before driving here I called two different locations. With Conroe being the first one I called and even on the website… they all said that this location is supposed to be open from 9am-1pm. Arrived and the sign says this... Please update the website and notify the other locations of hour changes. I'm all the way in Galveston and for them to close early on Saturdays... I can't afford to drive all around to see if a place is closed

Arrived to take an UA for probation, they stop testing at 5pm, close at 5:30pm, the female observer had left for the day at 4:30pm, I arrived at 4:39pm! The receptionist was rude about it, told me I should call next time when I pointed out their sign says testing stops at 5pm, knowing how detrimental missing an UA can be while on probation
Someone please include in hours of operation you are closed from 12-1pm for lunch! It will save your customers inconvenience. Other than that friendly and efficient staff.
