Young short girl who is an employee here is very rude. She show no professionalism or respect . Very bad attitude . First she lied to me saying I didn’t have an appointment then came out and apologized saying she forgot to write it in.
Horrible! First off the staff are extremely rude and behave as if they don't want to be there or do their job. Their monitoring equipment is subpar, we have had continual issues with batteries not holding a charge and broken chargers. My family member had their bond revoked due to the monitor constantly dying despite fullu charging it daily as instructed. He spent 3 months in county jail because of it. The regional manager Juana is RUDE and has poor poor work ethics’s!! If you are going to be a regional manager you need better skills
