This place saved my life. The staff is amazing. I found out while in treatment that my grandfather had passed away and I was ready to leave and Domenica asked what could she do to make me stay. All I wanted was to see my mom and make sure she was ok. So Domenica offered to take me to see my mother as long as I promised to come back. So as she promised Malika drove me 2 hours from the facility to see my mom we stayed for awhile and then drove me 2 hours back to the facility. As promised I stayed the rest of my stay. My daughter has been struggling with addiction for some time now. She has been in and out of several facilities out on the west coast. She came home and we took her to RCA in Maryland. From the minute she got off the plane thru her 30 days of Detox the staff was top notch! They treated her as a patient and not as a statistic! Half of what they advertise is false, don't expect any trauma related help. Other than that, most of the staff is very nice with the exception of some- who are awful.
Great caring staff. Just wish they offered an alternative to the 12 step for those of us who would rather fight addiction through another path.
The staff at Bracebridge is top notch. New patients are always greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home.
