I've only been here twice and I can say, they're incredibly nice & welcoming! I came in today my second time to go buy a presta valve adapter, I came in, was greeted and helped right away, and the nice man gave it to me for free! Also I was out of there in less than a minute. (Im not sure if they're free in general, but that was a nice gesture especially after a long day at work)
Been here several times and each time I felt like I came to the right place. While it is true that they're having some staff issues and aren't offering repairs or tune-ups, I seriously doubt that they had malice or deception in mind here. Either way, I will continue to use this shop for all my bike needs as long as I live within the Twin Cities.
Stopped in knowing that I wanted to bike but didn't really have any idea on the type of bike that I'd need. Sebastian offered such attentive and caring service to help me find the perfect bike for me. Loved the vibe while visiting the store and am so happy with the bike I took home. Thank you!
Very very very very Good. Staff is nice, knowledgable and helpful Bikes are high quality, well maintained and very fairly priced Used bike parts section is very useful and nice The availability of a workspace and tools for bike maintenance is a godsend, very considerate and a straight up an amazing community service which makes biking more accessable Wish I could give it more stars
