I highly recommend Eric and Recovery Arts Counselling. I've sought mental health support many times in my life, but I've never made as much progress as I have with Eric. Eric offers the most comfortable and solid counselling I have ever had. I have worked with Eric for almost 4 years now and I can’t say enough about his constant support and ability to help me navigate through the highs and lows of life. Eric has helped me work through some of the most traumatic events in my life, he is approachable, kind and thoughtful,he has went out of his way to understand the pain and grief that come with sibling Intimate harm, without Erics support with grief, trauma and EMDR I would not have been able to walk through my trauma , I highly recomend Eric , profesional, caring , always growing , he will walk beside you while you are on your healing journey with soft encouragement

I've seen so many different counsellors over the years, and Eric is absolutely the best therapist I've ever had. I've been going to him for trauma therapy for a few years now and he's helped me cope with my past in so many different ways. He is extremely knowledgeable and trained in numerous different therapy methods, including ART (which I have found especially beneficial for me), and Eric excels at it.
