Also, they are very unprofessional in regards to following up, for example after i had to find another doctor because of the whole smoking thing, they still offered me a case manager, and not even half a week before the appointment (which i already took that day off work for) they call me and said i needed to pay for a different insurance provider, which is impossible, b... read more
Staff always disappear from the desk and leave you waiting for nearly an hour, waiting room is cramped, plus they dont help smokers
It was very hard to get myself to reach out for help for a long time. The moment I did, it went nothing but up from there. Recovery and Wellness has been nothing but nice and empathetic. Just over a month and a half, I have felt a positive difference with my mood, motivation, relationships, happiness, and my body. My therapist and I connect via video chat on the weekends which makes it very convenient for my busy teenage life!
