I sustained a severe shoulder injury back in 2010, which required extensive surgery to repair both bone fractures and rotator cuff/labrum repair. I re-injured the same shoulder again in 2015. I feel so confident in solving the discomfort caused by auto immune issues with targeted movements and strength training I’ve learned from Josh. His treatment plan has been life changing.
I was sure I was going to need hip surgery. Could barely walk due to hip pain. Becca diagnosed problem quickly and got right to work on correcting it. Full recovery doesn't happen overnight, but felt so much better after first visit. I would highly recommend before considering any joint surgery let Becca and team take a look and see if PT. I look forward to my weekly sessions and how I feel when I walk out!!!
My son had a baseball injury, and he worked with Emily on strengthening his shoulder and back muscles. Within a couple sessions his pain was gone. She also helped him strengthen muscles for swimming. We love RecoverRx KC! Definitely would highly recommend for anyone, even kid athletes!
