Steve Broekman the General Contractor was awesome at what he does. He was always keeping me up on what's going on and when, and would respond within an 1 hour if I sent him a message. We had a waste water backup in our basement. Recoveron was extremely timely in responding; they were onsite within an hour and a half of my contacting them (after hours), and did a thorough job of cleaning up, disinfecting, and remediating. The Project Manager, JJ, was extremely professional to deal with. Calls and texts were returned promptly.
