The only good reviews they have are from their own staff members. Poor staffing, do not provide quality care and protect your family from their nurses. They will do anything to make a dime off your family. No consideration for helping families live quality lives.
Did NOT appreciate the 8 min heads up that my sons nurse called in sick today! Considering U told me she called in at 1:15 am....Really...! U have nurses on call, that Call Nurse should have been at my home this AM. Instead of calling at work and making me have to explain to my boss that I have to leave. Didn't even bother to call the client to FYI him that his Nurse wasn't coming today, made me tell him. Love the "No Show" - No Accountability" problem this agency has.
