RecommendedI’ve had some pretty intense shoulder pain for a couple days and after just one visit, it feels significantly better. I’m very pleased with the results I could see, but also the several compliments I received after my first facial. I can’t wait to see and feel the results from continued use. The owner is very sweet and makes you feel so comfortable throughout your session. I already can’t wait until my next session.
I’ve been going for months and I think it’s the most amazing therapy for inflammation. It helps my hands, knees and feet and hips so much because osteo and Rheumatoid arthritis were attacking me so hard so quickly I had almost lost ability to drive and write. I could leave the Cryospa and move my fingers and make a fist. Also if you have to take steroids for injuries this helps get the weight off!
The squeeze and freeze session was tremendous. My legs feel wonderful and I've had energy all afternoon. Thanks.
Just went for my second whole body Cryo and facial Cryo. I loved both! The whole body Cryo did wonders with my recovery. As a triathlete this is the Best thing I’ve found. And the facial Cryo was amazing. My skin looked fabulous. I highly recommend this business. Wonderful couple who own and run it too!

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the past year. I have slept in night splints, stretched and even worn a weighted cast for weeks with little to no improvement. I went and had a cryotherapy treatment and was pain free for about three days for the first time in months! I had zero pain! I am so excited to go back and get my next treatment!
