Dr Ryan is amazing! I was experiencing some overtraining knee issues. He took the time to do a full analysis of my pain and found the root of the problem, a tight calf and IT band. He tried various treatments and talked me through everything he was doing to make sure I was comfortable. After some dry needling and graston, my mobility and pain were greatly improved!! Thank you Recover and Dr Ryan!!
