In my personal opinion, I would HIGHLY NOT recommend RecordGone.com - A National Law Firm. Maybe you should research or google Higbee Scam and maybe you will find the truth there. Maybe you should google reviews of this place and maybe you should review all the reviews you see, do they seem like they could be fake, some or all of them in your opinion?
This could be honest that you will never actually talk to an attorney and when you're dissatisfied with their services and want to fire them they take money for work that was never done. I couldn't be more unhappy with a law firm that is dishonest and steals money that wasn't earned.
Talk about a company lying and scamming people. In Arizona they will claim that they do everything for you and go to all the hearings in court etc. Ummmm Arizona changed that 3 years ago. All hearings are in closed court. They cannot go to any hearings. And the so called paperwork they say is so hard to fill out is literally a one page form that asks your name addy and convictions you want set aside. It takes less than 5 min to fill out.
