This is not a local company in Cleveland with the capabilities shown on their website. I thought they were 5 minutes away from my work but they are seemingly just a "broker" or "middle man" service? I'm really not even sure. They took my info and said they would send a quote but what I received was an email with a list of companies that would be reaching out to me. This is not ideal but it's also not terrible... Until I received a quote for shredding documents when all I asked for was a quote to scan large prints.
