I had my fourth appointment with Dr.Gray today for a torn ACL and MCL. The visit with Dr. Gray lasted a few minutes and went something like this “You don’t have full range of motion so even if you want surgery I won’t do it. But you can’t get full range of motion because you have scarring from the traumatic injury. You may not want surgery now but in 2-5 years you will. I highly recommend this establishment. I accidentally went to wrong place, but they found time to see me quickly. The facility looks great and has a nice flow. The staff is super friendly from the front desk to the doctor. I couldn't be more happier with my visit. I will refer anyone I come across. Thank you Carla for the samples and all the recommendations you provided to help heal my knee

I called because my elbow hurt. They wanted to know if it was work related. I didn’t know if it was a repetitious motion or not because I didn’t know exactly what the problem was. So the receptionist told me that I had to file a claim first before seeing a doctor, even though it might not be that. Yes the receptionist told me to file a possible false claim before they could diagnose it. Listen, I’m going to the doctor first to find out what’s going on! No. Can’t do that she told me in broken English. Ok, bye.
