From the time you arrive there is great parking! When you walk in the doctors office you are welcome with a warm staff of excellent customer service. You are called right on your scheduled time to see the doctor. I needed some X-rays I was shock to see they were taken right in the same office. Ms Smith was kind, knowledgable and realistic in her evaluation and suggestions. She couldn't have been a better clinician.
Dr. Jain did a double hip replacement for me 9 years ago and he and his team were so caring and thorough and I was pain free when I woke from the surgeries. Now my knees are needing replacement and I saw him. He spent at least 45 minutes with my husband and I explaining the surgery and because my BMI is high, why it’s a bigger risk for me to do the surgery now. He did this without any condescension or judgement about my weight. I am so grateful for his caring and his expertise.
Maureen at the desk in the joint reconstructive orthopedics area is always cheerful and right on top of things. I've seen her come out from behind the desk to help people struggling with paperwork. Thumbs up!
On January 21 at approximately 12:00 I had to call the EMTs which rushed me to the emergency room. I was in severe pain and later found out I had a hip fracture. I was told that it is where the femur and the hip joint meet. I would not recommend anyone to this surgical group. They have no lack of concern or care for their patients. They don’t listen to patients valid complaints and concerns.
