The property manager claims one is pushy when one doesn't know if messages are going through or not,due the no response. **** ******* is unfair and pompous, in my opinion .

This individual goes by a different name on her email, we met her as ******* ********. We received an initial positive review prior to her rental application, which was denied due to our background checks into credit/criminal/rental and eviction history. Unfortunately it seems her review has changed after the application was not accepted by the owner of the property. Every negative review posted has truth to them. Similar issues across the board. If you have the patience; read this. When my husband and I first got engaged. We found a rental house in South City area. It was something for us to start in. We never planned on being there forever. However, Steve Prane wanted "long term tenants". So when we first told him of our plans to buy a home. Things turned for worse. And at the table he even tried to talk us out of buying a home by saying the market is bad. Telling us about taxes. While we dont like to see negative reviews, I would like to address some inaccuracies regarding your stay in the rental home, in hopes to provide you with some closure. We are a professional property management company and have handled over 2000 new and renewed leases since 2004, we have a very small number of these rentals result in negative reviews. I will start with the short and sweet version: Steve's first priority is being "right" and proving his point and his last priority is customer service. I rented a property through Reconnect Realty and had a less than stellar experience. They were very eager to get my application in, sign the lease and pay my ($900+) deposit. Once they cashed my check their communication was minimal and inaccurate. I contacted them to see if the apartment had been cleaned and was ignored.
