Everyone at reconect mental health is so kind and the atmosphere is very home like and relaxing and Dr Kent is so knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for anyone and makes them feel seen and heard. I would give this a 10 out of 10 if I could this is well deserved
So warm and welcoming. Dr. Comeau is professional, friendly and compassionate. I've never seen a more peaceful psychiatrist's office setting. Usually there are barriers and mirrored glass separating the staff which only makes you feel even more isolated. Here, there's a fireplace that is very calm and peaceful!
I've been blown away with Dr. Comeau! Extremely relaxed and friendly. A calming lounge with a fireplace to wait in instead of an overcrowded waiting room and physical barrier to separate you from the staff. Thanks for being the first psychiatrist I've had who listens first and acknowledges my horrific withdrawal symptoms. Every other psychiatrist I've had just says, "It's your condition coming back." I look forward to working with him and balancing myself back out again!
Dr Comeau and his team are some of the most caring, compassionate and responsive people in health care that I have ever had the good fortune of meeting with!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Feeling down and no energy, Dr. Comeau recommended TMS treatment. After 30 short treatments in 15 days (about 8 minutes per treatment with an hour break in between), I am a now a totally different person. Happy and a lot more energy. It is a non invasive treatment with magnetic pulses to influence part of the brain. I would love to shout out to everyone who is feeling down, is depressed or needs a good boost to life to follow this treatment.
