As a complex trauma survivor, my experience has been almost miraculous. I was referred by my normal therapist because of extreme, chronic muscle tension and body pain. Renee helped me connect my brain and body. In three sessions, plantar fascitis that had been ongoing for almost a year just disappeared. I am EXTREMELY skeptical of this type of thing, but after reading The Body Keeps The Score, I decided it was worth a shot. It's weird, but it works. Normal massage therapy did not, it is worth the drive

If you are interested in getting a massage and are feeling nervous at all about it, Renee is the massage therapist for you. I felt so comfortable, warm, cozy and completely cared for during the entire massage. I dozed off a couple of times and left feeling wonderfully relaxed in mind and body. I’ve never experienced a massage like Renee’s. I will definitely be back.

Renée is awesome! I was seeking someone who was certified in MLD, and lucky for me she is! There are not many (if any) located inside Denton that are certified in this. Also, she is someone that continues to do research and is open to learning more about the conditions/ailments of her patients so that she can give the best care possible.

Renee is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever seen. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. She has an incredible ability to help you reconnect your body and brain — releasing tension you didn’t even realize you were holding. And if you simply want to relax and zone out, she can take you there too. Every session leaves me feeling renewed, balanced, and so grateful to have found her.
