Darren has slowly but surely rehabilitated my middle aged muscles, joints and other internal mechanisms from an evidence based and holistic approach. Have been seeing Darren on and off for over 8yrs now. I train as a competitive athlete, but also have had some major injuries related to a car accident. He is absolutely my go to person for any and all pain and/or movement dysfunction! With his help I have been able to maintain my training AND heal from my injuries.

Fantastic. Darren is very professional. I notice improvement after every visit, his exercises are on point, and he seems to genuinely care about my health. Overall I am very satisfied, no complaints.
