Darren has slowly but surely rehabilitated my middle aged muscles, joints and other internal mechanisms from an evidence based and holistic approach. It is a work in progress, however, I am now able to run (play soccer) pain free; he has treated my high hamstring pull while still allowing me to play. Have been seeing Darren on and off for over 8yrs now. I train as a competitive athlete, but also have had some major injuries related to a car accident. He is absolutely my go to person for any and all pain and/or movement dysfunction! With his help I have been able to maintain my training AND heal from my injuries.

Fantastic. Darren is very professional. I notice improvement after every visit, his exercises are on point, and he seems to genuinely care about my health. Overall I am very satisfied, no complaints.
