Shout out to Ale’sha who was at the front desk and checks people in. She was very friendly and welcoming as we checked in an elderly family member. Many places I go, especially medical facilities, lack kindness and patience. Great job!

Never been to the office. Never stepped foot in any of their locations. Had a referral for an appointment, and (when I called several times to reschedule) was never able to speak with someone nor able to leave a voicemail due to "mailbox full." This clinic is attempting to charge me for a visit that NEVER occurred. They do not even have enough of my information to provide treatment, since I have never filled out any paperwork to be seen. I visited the clinic today for the first time today. And the front desk lady was extremely rude and condescending. I left very disappointed, and I'll be looking for a different health provider.
