Stay away. Unhelpful. Dismissive and deceiving. Will silently bill for large sums despite copay being paid. Abysmal bedside manners.
No one answers the phone at this office and everything is routed to a third party call center to which they try to transfer me to someone in the office and it goes straight to voicemail. I’ve had to physically go in person to the office for them to answer my questions or action things. Beyond unprofessional.
Worst place ever! They released me and still in pain. Every time I call this place nobody ever returns phone calls. It takes me a month to get ahold of someone. They rather assume that you will be okay after treatment. Stay away from this place they only want your money.
I have been trying to get paperwork filled out for my daughter since AUGUST. I'm currently stationed on the west coast and cannot go in office to get it handled. I have emailed and left messages for Dr. Massoti's Medical Assistant Amanda, calling the office speaking with receptionists and ( what i believe to be) 3rd party individuals reassuring me that it will be taken care of, but it has been to NO AVAIL. The front desk staff in person is amazing. However, last week was my second and absolutely last time going to this practice. Unfortunately, Cheryl Dodson completely ruined the experience with some of the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. My entire family had been sick for close to two weeks now, and my baby had been hit the hardest. I was exhausted and running on very little sleep, not my norm.
