I recently received text messages for a balance due from 2021. Can you imagine? And I was told that my account will be sent to collections. When this additional service was rendered without my authorization. I had only paid and authorized one service, not multiple. I then spoke to their representative 2 years ago and she told me, all is taken care of don't worry about the charge for the last service. Awesome and very professional in precise in spreading their pesticide controls for whatever you need! We would suggest their company to anyone they're great! DAVE and JAYSON!! ;-)

I had intended to have quarterly service. The guy left bait traps exposed where my dog was able to get to it. I fortunately found her soon after consumption and was able to to induce vomiting. I rushed her to the vet for care. The guy did provide a check for the cost of his mistake and apologized and I was willing to give him another chance. There was never a conversation that the quarterly service I agreed on would not be continued, but when it came time he didn't show. I reached out and never heard back. Very disappointed.
