Horrible interface. Nationwide mls doesnt seems like a bad idea.
Please make sure that your listings actually reflect what is in/on the property. We recently reviewed one of your properties. The listing said "a creek flowing on the northwest side" of the property. Howevery, when we arrived at the property, it now looks as if the creek is NOT ON the property. When we calleld your listing agent they said, "What's the problem?" The problem is misleading people. The problem is false advertising. Have integrity. Don't waste people's time.
It is extremely disappointing that REcolorado operates as a monopoly, leaving licensed real estate agents with no alternative MLS service. Unfortunately, this lack of competition appears to result in unfair practices. In August 2025, I updated a listing one day past their 3-day rule and was charged a $50 fine.
