I'm updating my review because I've been having much better service with them and feel like they've stepped it up a notch. It seems easier to communicate with them now and they have more professional people answering the phones, but I still don't appreciate the fee system. Previous Review: Several employees whom answer the phone are often on hard to hear systems which is very unprofessional, especially for the price we pay for support.
