Their website is garbage, user interface is counterintuitive and lacks continuity. Every time I log in it feels like they tried to merge three crappy websites together to make one giant crappy website. That said, I’ve been locked out of my account for two weeks, and now I’m getting messages that they have suspended my services because I can’t log in to make a payment. Amateurs.

Stay away! I asked them to temporarily cancel my account until active again, they charged me $400 for service I never used and sent it to collections. Requested an office change which comes with a hefty $350 fee. Hadn’t even logged in or used the website, and shortly after asked them if I can pay it later when I’m active.
