Please make sure that your listings actually reflect what is in/on the property. We recently reviewed one of your properties. The listing said "a creek flowing on the northwest side" of the property. Howevery, when we arrived at the property, it now looks as if the creek is NOT ON the property. When we calleld your listing agent they said, "What's the problem?" The problem is misleading people. The problem is false advertising. Have integrity. Don't waste people's time.

It is extremely disappointing that REcolorado operates as a monopoly, leaving licensed real estate agents with no alternative MLS service. Unfortunately, this lack of competition appears to result in unfair practices. In August 2025, I updated a listing one day past their 3-day rule and was charged a $50 fine. It’s disappointing that this organization takes advantage of the fact that licensed real estate agents are required to use their service, effectively operating as a monopoly. In August, I entered a listing within four business days instead of their three-day requirement and was immediately charged a $50 fee. When I contacted their staff for clarification, I was advised to submit a Fine Waiver Request Form. The Fraud Class was one of the best classes offered. Staff is always friendly and facility is clean and everyone gets their own computer when needed. Thank you !
