I waited on the phone for customer service 45 minutes today; we have a bulk pickup for next Monday. 3 folding lawn chairs, 3 chairs, 1/2 sliding closet door, 1 boogie board & 1 bag (lt weight sleeping bag). Will go to the facility at 2021 Broadway tomorrow if no call back from Recology. Thank you.
They have a monopoly and the city requires you to have garbage service , so who gives a damn what ccustomers think?
Second day of waiting to get the garbage picked up. Husband called yesterday and was told they’d come by today. Garbage is still in the can. I’ve been on hold myself for 20 minutes today. Should I post the problem in SeeClickFix to get an answer?
