They have the absolute worst customer service. They send letters stating one thing and then do another. I’ll buy a truck and trailer to haul my trash to the transfer station before I ever do business with this lying, incompetent service!

We couldn't find information we were looking for on their web site. Couldn't find it on Facebook. Tried calling. Gave up after a half-hour of listening to the over-saturated "music". Recology is an improvement over when it was Ashland Sanitary. However, I am often left wondering why it seems like they really don't try. When visiting family in Florida, I noticed that their recycling containers have huge labels right on their lids explaining what is recyclable and what isn't. Wish they did that here.
